I would recommend this local florist, mainly for their attention to the customer and making a problem right as quickly as possible. For the positive side, they shuffled my order to the top when I realized it was going to be delivered to the person too late for them to receive the flowers at work. They remade the order and sent it via one of the other staff ASAP, accepting that the first order was already out for delivery but would be taken back to their shop to hopefully repurpose for someone else. They added a free box of chocolates for having not seen my order was being delivered to a place of business and should have been higher in the queue. The negative side was that the remade bouquet was not very full or healthy looking, for which I paid the middle level for. In reality, it was less impressive than the online photo, but I understand the actual bouquets aren’t a perfect match and they rushed the remade bouquet to get it to my destination in time. So, with the friendly demeanor they had, the free chocolates, and the rushed second service at no extra charge, I have no complaints. I will use them again, for sure.

Very easy to order online - I ordered from Ohio and the flowers were delivered in 4 hours! My niece loved them! I would highly recommend.

Boulder Gardens is my go-to florist in Boulder. Their arrangements are fresh and remind me of local wildflowers; gorgeous and so colorful! Always on time and not over priced. Highly recommend!
