In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent service and product - delivery was on time and expected. What I did not know was - lilies are poisonous to cats. Perhaps this could be a warning on lily selections on your site. ( just a suggestion )

This florist is AMAZING. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to an address that I didn't realize was way up in the mountains... way out of their delivery radius. The florist called me to let me know they may not be able to get to the address (blocked roads, too far out for cell service, etc) but they'd try. I offered to pay more $$ and he said it wasn't about the $$, it was just really far out there and they'd do their best. No extra charge but he wasn't sure it could happen. He was super customer focused and very nice. They ended up delivering the bouquet to the private residence on a SUNDAY because it was less busy. They still went all the way out there and made it happen. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone at this business, you went way above and beyond. All the best to you all! Thank you.

Beautiful and fast. I ordered for my friend in Superior - I'm in California. Placed the order at 10am and it arrived by 4pm...and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. VERY impressed and highly recommend!

I live out of town and ordered online an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. The arrangement was gorgeous, and delivered right on time! My daughter and I were thrilled. I will definitely use BGF again.
