We are not always able to get the exact flowers and containers pictured. Every order is handled with great care and made as closely as possible to what is pictured. Please call us to place your order if you have questions or concerns about this.

We are open Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm, Saturday from 9am - 5 pm, Closed on Sundays, We will be open 9-5 on Sunday- Mother's Day May 12th
For Pick Up Orders: Please indicate an estimated time of pick up in the special instructions section of your order so we can be sure to have it ready on time for you.

Orders going up to the mountains may need to be arranged as pick ups on a case by case basis for the safety of our drivers.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ordered flowers for a friend who’d been ill. Did same day delivery. Chose the designers choice. Wow! My friend actually called me from bed to thank me! She couldn’t get over how beautiful they were. Saw the photo and I had to agree. They did a fabulous job within hours. Highly recommend.
